has a certain errie feeling about it. It certainly has its share of history and is the burial place of both Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee. The only house that Stonewall Jackson ever owned is right here in Lexington. One Hundred and forty-four confederate veterens are buried in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery and Lexington is home to Virginia Military Institute, which no doubt has its own rightful place in american history.
