The Battlefield Bed and Breakfast Inn

Gettysburg, Pa.

The Battlefield Bed and Breakfast Inn is a beautiful, historic 1809 Civil War home that has been converted
into a bed and breakfast.   It is located on 30 beautiful acres just minutes from the Gettysburg National
Military Park Visitor Center.   The inn is also located on the South Cavalry Battlefield.   It features four
Union and four Confederate guest rooms that is related to a unit that fought here on the South
Cavalry Battlefield.

First and foremost I must say that this was a tremendous experience and we had a simply wonderful time!
The inn is absolutely gorgeous, the food is sensational, and the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and
professional.   I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gettysburg.   Florence, the owner was
very kind and helpful.   Van Richards, a member of the staff was fantastic!   He gave us some great
information and really took the time to help us out with any questions or needs.   We truly came away from
here really impressed and will be back.

They offer many programs and packages that are really worth checking out.   It is a experience I believe
anybody would throughly enjoy.   The inn does have a slight reputation for hauntings and during our stay
we were indeed able to get some nice photographs and high emf readings.   We had originally wanted to
investigate more outside the inn as well but the weather would not permit that.
