About SVPS Welcome to the Shenandoah Valley Paranormal Society We are a group of paranormal researchers who explore and investigate haunted and reputedly haunted locations in Virginia and the mid-atlantic states areas.   Our investigations focus on historical and well known haunted locations, as well as places of residence and places of business that may be in need of help or answers to help document and deal with haunted activity. SVPS offers a diverse group of researchers and investigators that have years of experience in the paranormal field.   Located in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in the western part of Virginia, SVPS investigates and documents paranormal activity using scientific methods. The Shenandoah Valley Paranormal Society was founded in 2005 by Marty Seibel, as a chance for people who have an interest in hauntings and the unexplained to share their interest and experiences.   It soon evolved into travels to explore and investigate haunted locations in Virginia and its surrounding states.
